Fullstack Job: Full Stack Web Developer

As a Full Stack Developer
You will join projects that best support your personal development plans. You’ll be working with a team to deliver quality work to our clients in Europe and the U.S. Ideally you enjoy collaborating with our clients directly, feel confident working independently and be capable of communicating fluently to technical and non-technical people. As a founding team member, you can choose to be a mentor or become a team lead for the good people who join us in the future. You also get to affect the recruiting decisions by conducting technical interviews.
Vincit teams deep dive into our client’s case to understand their goals, problems and reasons. Your specialty is to think about the technical solutions that match their needs and are efficient to implement and maintain. You get to work in a collaborative environment as a member of an agile development team, closely with designers and other specialists. Your bread and butter is to write efficient, clean, readable and testable code for the front-end or back-end, depending on the project and your preferences. Different databases, API’s, integrations and cloud environments are present in most projects, so a generalist approach to software development is a strength.
What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Passion for creating the best culture and workplace in Portugal
• Experience with backend technologies like Java, Kotlin, Node.js or C#/.NET
• Experience with JS / TS and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with databases and at least one commercial cloud platform like AWS.
• Fluency in English
• Preferred start: flexible December-February
